Honestly - I can’t say anything but positive things about smoove.

From the start, Jasmine was INCREDIBLY professional - like *incredibly.* while most moving companies generally offer the same or similar estimates I chose smoove because jasmine was super profesh and they didn’t blow me up asking me if I wanted to book with them like other companies. I was able to evaluate my options and then book with smoove.

I believe Damian (?) called me the day before, reminded me of my arrival time, updated me about the move and pricing, etc.

Morning of, Luis called me and said they’d arrive in 20 and they did. Luis, sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong, you’re a beast. Man that guy was strong. Dom also helped him with our 8.5 hour hour move. Yes it was long but we had *no* damage, no incidences, and generally speaking just good professional service. It also dumped rain while we were unpacking.

A few things I would like to make note of for them is that I was told twice that they would mount and unmount our TVs. They did unmount them, but they did they could not re-mount them at the new house. Not a huge deal, but added some confusion. They did assemble and disassemble our beds and furniture however. Last items: (positive) I was glad to have made a $100 deposit, it made me feel reassured someone was coming, NEVER fire jasmine she is hella professional and really won me over, thanks for not blowing me up when I didn’t initially book with you (I’m still getting sales calls from other companies).

I HIGHLY recommend this company. And I have had an issue with every other moving company in town, honestly. I’ll definitely use smoove again if I ever have a move down the line.

We found them via a Google search, and we are so happy we did!! Overall, helped to make our move less stressful, and our furniture was delivered with care. Very professional throughout the entire process, including discussing moving needs up front, and touching base again prior to move date. While we aren't planning on moving again anytime soon, we would highly recommend!!
