Faulty security gate. Expensive rates compared to other facilities in the area. Poor communication. Charging even after unit vacated. Proper notification given. They email responded that they received ample notification that unit would be vacated PRIOR to ne t billing period, yet they Still charged for EMPTIED unit !Do not give them your business. Several other reputable storage facilities in the same area with better prices!

Horrible! Do NOT use! I already moved out of my unit after giving them over 30 days notification that I would vacate. They are still attempting to charge my credit card even after I called them to stop. The website says it isn't up and running. The phone number is bogus. When I finally did talk to someone , his Thick accent was difficult to understand. The one star is only so I could warn others about them. Do not use this company for storage. There are plenty of better options!!
