The manager was so polite and helped me out in a very stressful time. I can not thank her enough.

Unit was clean and as described. The setup was easy and the personnel was communicative and friendly.

They demanded 'protection money' or else they would continue to damage item in and lock my boyfriend out of our unit. The unit is currently paid up.

Kept doubling rates despite all units being rat infested.
Rude management and bigoted.
Avoid at all costs.

They issued a threat for 'protection money' like the mob does in those movies. These people are the scummiest on the earth.

It was a good experience using I 78 Storage!
