Snapbox Self-Storage

Unfortunately i fell behind on my rent and had to find a way to pay. When i called, Danielle was so kind and helpful, even waiving a late fee for me.

Not sure what's happening...but I have been trying to pay my bill for 2 days.. Noone is awnsering the phone. The website is not working. Keep saying tenants can't be found.. I am out of town and go by there apparently they switched owners and didn't tell anyone!! No email, no phone call no nothing.. I have left 2 messages begging for someone to call me and sent an email.
normally pretty good with communication..
I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE.

This location and the customer service is wonderful. They made it so easy and you can down size when you need to. I have been here 4 years. If you want a safe, clean and wonderful location, look no further this is your place. 5 stars ? ?

They charge a unnecessary administration fee, and also pro rate the first month instead of being free as advertised. Beware of the bad business practices.
