Bad customer service. Trying to make a payment for the past two days to no avail..
Automated service is bullshit.
Can't get a hold of a LIVE representative.
And to top it all, there's no property manager at the local office either...

Staff is never here during operating hours. Phone calls are unanswered during operating hours. Doubled price to make a “better experience” for customers with no actual changes. Would be better to invest in better customer service training and employees that are actually on site. Do not recommend

Danielle was very polite and prompt to answer any questions etc..

Justin was super helpful and I would highly recommend this storage facility.

No one works here anymore and they are ran by an Indian call center. Homeless people are living here now. Not sure what happened but this place use to be nice. Will be moving to Extra Space across the street.
