Fantastic customer service! Valarie was so helpful and patient with me to find the right size and discounts! Storage area (I have inside climate controlled space) and floors are clean with easy access to my unit!

I would give it zero stars if I could! Absolute worst customer service and rudest people I’ve ever met especially the half bald dude that acts like a drama queen. Moved out on the 6th after I paid full month and refuse to prorate my bill. Can’t access your own belongings after 10pm. Prices outrageous. Stay far far away. So many more way better places to choose from in the area.
