Nice clean facility. Easy in and out of gate. Friendly staff. Opens at 6am. Reasonably priced.

Melissa was very courteous and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Very good experience.

Just about all these reviews are from people who have just moved in. They have yet to experience the ridiculous and constant rate hikes that this place engages in. Within the first year you can expect a letter with a 25% rate increase, to start. If you plan to use this place I would suggest JUST for short term use. Either that or do what the other renter suggests by working with a friend to move your stuff from unit to unit before the lease expires. It's what they force you to do with the ridiculous increases.

The five stars are for Rose in the office because you couldn't ask for a better office manager. It'd be nice if you would fix the onsite golf cart, a bolt would hold that tie rod on much better than a piece of red ribbon. I've offered to fix it at no charge because of safety reasons but was told it was an insurance risk . It just looks funny. And I hope the substantial increase in monthly fees trickled down to the valuable people that deserve it. And it would be really nice to have a speed bump installed by the exit gate because I see the potential for some accidental fender benders.

Absolute con artists, I moved to a new unit 1 month ago and they hit me with a 75% raise. I moved out of my previous unit because they had bumped my rent up to $500/mo for a 200SF unit!!!! This is a literal crime
