Very pleasant experience as a first time customer. Mike was very helpful. Paperwork was done very fast.

This place is great. Super clean, secure, easy and clean elevators, constant airflow and fumigation if needed (never seen a bug but that’s part of the brochure). We stored a one bedroom worth of goods there for 18 months and it didn’t even have any dust on top. With their tight access, I have one pro-tip for a move with a larger moving truck: keep someone downstairs to unlock the door and one at your unit for directing how your items get stored. Getting your crew locked out can be a pain otherwise! They are closed on major holidays but that’s because there’s always someone in the office. 10/10 would keep stuff here again.
