After a problem with my lock, on a Sunday, manager, Larry, at TO & on Monday, manager, Ed, Westlake, both took my concerns seriously!

Who comes in on a Sunday, on their day off, to help a lady who desperately needed to get into her unit?

Larry did!

Both bent over backward to help me, and super kind, patient and helpful!

Also, as a 70 year old woman, safety is paramount. So, really appreciate the new gate exit key pad. And the fact that both managers will not hesitate to speak with anyone just hanging out - at night, in particular, and a woman's safety concerns.

Used SoCal storage several times during our daughter's time at Pepperdine. Very clean facility in a great area. Larry always went above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! I've had a 10x20 outside unit at Townsgate for 8 years. Before that, I had one on Willow Lane. Through this whole time, the staff has consistently been kind and helpful. I cannot rave enough about Ed and Larry at the Westlake Village facility. They were very accommodating when I brought in a POD, as well as an ABF/UPack truck. This place runs on professionalism and courtesy. The units are clean, the facility is spotless and the whole experience was perfect.

Larry is A true Professional in Storage Business, always helpful. My wife and I enjoyed clean and safe Storage experience. Gary (-:

I have had the best experience storing here, I’ve had my unit for over two years! These are the best and most professional people to work with! Especially Larry, he’s a fantastic guy and super helpful!! This was a big move for me and I had a huge truck and had no problem getting it backed right up to my unit for easy unloading, saved me tons of time! I know there are lots of choices out there but if you want a safe place plus super helpful and intelligent people to trust your belongings with, than look no further, this is the best place!!
