I cannot recommend this storage facility highly enough, and it’s all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Glenn. From the moment you arrive, the first thing that strikes you is how immaculately maintained everything is—the parking lot, the front office, and the storage units themselves. The entire facility is spotless, well-organized, and free of any unpleasant odors, setting a high standard that’s immediately noticeable.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. I had an unusual request while helping my sister with her storage needs, and Mr. Glenn went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to listen carefully to my situation, patiently explained my options, and provided thoughtful guidance every step of the way. His professionalism is top-notch, but what impressed me even more was his genuine kindness, hospitality, and old-fashioned courtesy—qualities that are rare to find these days.

Despite a busy day with multiple customers coming in, Mr. Glenn efficiently managed everything with ease, ensuring that everyone was attended to without any unnecessary delays. His ability to triage and prioritize while making every customer feel valued and respected speaks volumes about his leadership and dedication.

I definitely recommend this storage! The manager is extremely professional! This person alone makes the pleasure of being in this place 1000000%. But besides this, the storage itself is very attractive. Everything is designed as if I am not in a storage, but in a first-class hotel! Thank you very much for the atmosphere! Glenn is ABSOLUTELY amazing. He helped me get all of the details I needed for a big shipment and then even took the time to make sure we had a handle on the elevator.

The facility is VERY clean, including the rest room.

Highly reccomend for companies looking for an additional storage unit nearby. It has the simplicity of a drive up, even though it's not.

SoCal Self Storage in Sherman Oaks is the best! I wouldnt trust my things at any other storage facility. It is clean, well managed and Glenn and Ella are amazing. I always feel safe when moving things in and out.
