He’s friendly, energetic, caring and patient!
I like his vibe the moment I spoke to him. He showed me around the facility and couple units to find the one I like. The elevator is an antique and fun to operate. He showed me how to run it with detailed instructions!
It was a fun and friendly experience!

Also Glenn cares so much about this facility. He painted the wall, the pillar, putting on new pictures and a lot other things to make it appealing and in good condition.
The experience is amazing and put me in a good mood the whole day.

This is the BEST storage facility! I've stored at 3 other facilities in the area and SoCal is by far the most clean and well-maintained of them all. The massive, warehouse style elevator makes it easy to move items in and out. If I have any questions, the property manager Glenn is there to help. His professionalism and friendliness has made a stressful time feel much less stressful. Many thanks to Glenn and SoCal!
