SoCal Self Storage

The reason I got my storage unit here was because I wanted to feel cared for and looked after whilst going through a major life transition. This is a family owned place and Glenn has been so kind to me every visit. Moving home is very emotional and it is good to feel supported on every part of the journey, in the way that the staff her are able to. I also feel like I am in Disney land every time I ride up in the old school elevators, and this just makes it a fun experience for me every time. The vibe is always cool with the retro music playing! In my last visit here, I was especially stressed out, and Glenn noticed and took the time to comfort me and get me to see that there is no point to being stressed out! Highly recommend if you are looking for a storage facility that has a cool vibe and a very personal touch!

Glenn is absolutely incredible!! Moving can be so insanely stressful, but he never failed to make me feel supported every time I came in. The place is so clean, and they really do try their best to accommodate every single person’s needs. Some storage unit spaces can be a little creepy, but the lighting and the energy here is really great. You really do get what you pay for here. The place would seriously not be the same without Glenn. I had my stuff in storage for months in between moving, and they really made everything feel so easy. I’m really going to miss seeing his face, he goes above and beyond every single time. Thank you Glenn!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Glenn. My family and I needed storage very last minute during a very tumultuous time in our lives. It was already emotional, and usually having to put all of your things into storage causes extra stress. We searched for a place that would not break our budget completely and happened to find SoCal storage in Sherman Oaks. I found a deal that Glenn was able to honor for us, which really helped us out for the first month and for the next three months, we felt that our belongings were not only safe and secure, but we really loved the 24/7 cameras that recorded everything. The freight elevator was also really cool, and we were able to fit so much stuff without taking many trips up and down the elevator. Glenn was more than accommodating and he has no idea what that meant to our family. We are hoping we do not need to use storage too soon, but this was the best storage facility we could have ever found, and it was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this facility to anyone if you are looking for something extremely reasonably priced and the best service. Thank you again, Glenn. you are absolutely wonderful and we appreciate you so much.

Overall a great experience and value for storing your belongings. The location and access are safe, secure, and easy to get to. The storage spaces are clean and well-maintained. The staff is truly professional, flexible, accommodating, and a joy to work with. Glen is a superstar.
