Terrible service. Gate keypad malfunction/lockout on weekend. Nobody answers phone or returns calls. What am I paying for?

I was unsure what size unit I wanted. Laura was very kind and patient in showing me both size units and their locations. The sign-up process was extremely fast and you don't even walk away with a stack of papers like most places! I was a little anxious about that at first esp since I wasn't receiving my confirmation email but a quick call to Laura and she was able to find and fix the problem in a matter of seconds! Whenever I call SoCal Storage, I speak to Laura and she is consistently very helpful, patient, and courteous. I love that I found this storage place. It is in an extremely convenient location, the units are climate controlled, and there is a restroom inside for customers to use that isn't locked from the outside like at most storage facilities. Laura is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my experience at SoCal Self Storage! This place is exemplary of how all storage facilities should be run! (: Truly a gem!!
