Prepare to be pleased! This was my 28th move, and was by far the easiest! Shirin and her team, from first visit to final move in were polite, thoughtful, efficient , and courteous. All aspects of the move were smooth and manageable. Downsizing and transitioning is never an easy proposition, but, as their name states, they do create a soft landing for seniors.

Smartest thing I did for my move was engage Soft Landings. They understood my needs, put together a thorough execution plan, and delivered at a more than reasonable cost . Shirin was my point person, and her knowledge, thoroughness, and connections made the move easy and seamless.

Robyn is very gracious and knowledgeable. She and Jen went right to work on rearranging my studio, providing a more open space.
They were just what was needed to help me sort through books, clothing and excess kitchen things.

Please beware of the financial aspect of this company’s services!!
My final expenses were nearly THREE TIMES what I was quoted. Yes. The quote was an estimate. However, it was so far off that I just want other customers to be very careful!
I was given EXCELLENT service by Pam, who also went above and beyond to help me move my precious plants to another state in the dead of winter. She was so reassuring from our initial meeting. However, her estimate of how long it would take to pack me was SO far off. She kept telling me it would only take two to three hours to pack my entire home. It actually took two extra people all day. I would have packed more on my own if she did not keep reassuring me that it would only take two to three hours. Yes, the plants took extra time, but by maybe a couple of hundred dollars, not thousands!
To be completely open, the company did offer a gesture for a small refund, which I accepted. This did not make up for the excess cost. And, by the way, they did not allow me to make two payments once I realized how over budget it was.
I am very satisfied with the service I received….just PLEASE BE CAREFUL THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR FINAL COSTS WILL BE.
