Horrible don't use this company, I moved over a year ago and still waiting on Dave to be over covid in order to get a response (since he's had it for about 4/5 months he says) most of my items were damaged and clearly there's no one else to reach out to. SCAM business. That ok because I have names and will be taking legal action.

They showed up on time, the workers were very polite until...the delivery quite a few items were missing but after a few weeks they found some and delivered it but still missing quite a few things, and a few things were broken. Some items were very sentimental to me and can't be replaced. Still have to file a claim. So it's a toss of the dice.

My experience was just terrible from the start to the end, most of my items were damage and lost.

I'm definitely reporting this business.

Not only was my dresser damaged, my mirror broken, I have items missing(paintings weights, and art), also my daughters bike was damaged. my daughters twin size mattress had a protector plus a clear so called protective bag her mattresse which was damaged with some type of oil. I called and email repeatedly for the insurance claim no response. If you use them just ship boxes, and even then wrap the boxes with a tarp. Will never use again and about ready to call a lawyer. First time moving and then tried to over-charge me for 2 steps or amount of space in truck. Spoke to a james he didnt ask the Dimensions of the boxes and dresser, desk.

An original binding estimate was given to me for the amount of
$1099.25 to move the contents of a 250 cf. (1750 lbs) storage
content from Astoria (NY) to Miami (FL). My Wife and Me
supervised the move.
Hi had to sign 3 documents, which were filled out after the
contents were loaded onto the truck.
At that time, after paying
$550.00 cash, the price was increased to an additional $1350 $... So i started calling the person (Ivan) who made me the estimate of the volume and the price, do you know what happened ?? He blocked me saying he was in the hospital and he couldn't help me ... Then I started calling the company where the manager (David) replied a very arrogant and rude person, telling me that it was my fault that I had not called him for estimate the move..In the end I waited 1 week to receive my move, calling every day and almost never answered the phone ... The 2 times David answered me, he was always rude and screaming on the phone .. In the end I found to pay $ 1300 extra cash for the move ... Last discovery after 3 weeks after the move arrived I found myself in the bank account in addition to the $ 100 deposit, another $ 100 extra withdrawn by the same company .. This company must be reported as soon as possible and you must never, ever contract it .. And a company that steals your money and nobody will help you take it back ... IS A SCAM
