Absolute scam. This is a fly by night moving company. They will double their estimate and force payment on the spot. Your stuff is going to get broken and they will lie and tell you they've filed an insurance claim.
They will ignore all correspondence and phone calls, you will not get any cooperation from this company.
Once they've burned the reputation of this business name they will just start a new company up.

I was getting a quote from James who claimed to be one of the owners. When I said I was price shopping and couldn’t commit. He hung up on me! Then texted me “serious inquires only.” What is not serious about me asking for a quote and saying I will get back to him as a lot of moving companies are currently bidding on my cross country move. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend!!

I'm utterly disgusted with myself for choosing them for our move from FL to CA. I give myself 1-star for a terrible decision.

Scam Artist!!! Don't trust this company. Their attitude about our experience was very nonchalant and inconsiderate. They were negligent with our belongings. My husband paid $1550 to have YOUR movers arrive from New York to Virginia. Two Ukraine guys arrived on 4/14 loaded the truck with another person's belongings. The movers were 4 days late and wben arrived our apartment, bins were broken, ladder was bent, massage bag was ripped, detergent spilled all over my Tupperware, all the boxes were not entered in the house properly, and boxes were damaged.

Missing Items:

A) Large Box that the company provided. Inside the items there were undergarments, miscellaneous items for the house, and books.

B) two smaller boxes - one is green and one is brown. Inside those boxes are VERY important documents and a safe!!

C) An African wooden carved stick.. You can't miss it.

D) Hamper Bins.. One is white and the other one is pink.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SOFT TOUCH, ONCE DRIVERS ARRIVED THEY WERE ARGUING LOUDLY I REPORTED THE ISSUE, ALSO THE BASE OF MY DINETTE TABLE WAS LOST,CORNER OF MY SECTIONAL WAS DAMAGE DUE TO POOR HANDLING, AND PLUS MY EXTENDED BED RAILS FOR MY BED WAS MISSING. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 3 TO 9 MONTHS BEFORE A INSURANCE COMPANY REACH OUT TO ME IN REFERENCE TO THIS MATTER BY SOPHIA, THIS OCCURED IN FEBRUARY, MY OPINION..BUT NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 9 MONTHS FOR A RESPONSE ABOUT THEIR FURNITURE BEEN STOLEN,MISPLAVED NOR DAMAGED. IM FILING A BBB COMPLAINT, THIS IS OUT OF HANDS.
