DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST. TRUST ME!! ESPECIALLY if you're moving Out-Of-State. They would Jack up the price, hold your items for weeks. And make it seem as if you're getting a 'Great Deal'
Charge you double upon arrival. And tell you its because you had more items Lies!!!
Search for a more honest company. And leave them to people that's only looking to move an item or two. Hopefully they won't charge them $1000's to do so.

Find another moving company Please I Beg You!!! You Will Regret using this company. I was told that my Out-Of-State move would be one rate, and I agreed. Never once they told me it was an “estimate” I also was told because they had another moving job in that same state, this was the best price.
My furniture was disassembled when it didn't have to be, parts were lost, & missing. They took Over two weeks to deliver my belongings, when they had said 4-6 days.
Each time I called the office to ask for an update, the young lady (Receptionists) was extremely rude. And they kept giving me the run around. I finally spoke with a manager. That said they were ' trying to contact me.' Now, Why Wouldn't I Not Answer My Phone When I'm Waiting on All my belongings From Another State!?!?! Also telling me that “why I didn’t call before” when I had a whole week calling.
Before they arrive, I was told I had to pay another almost $500! OMG!!! After already paying for the 70% upfront.
Please go with Another Moving Company. They're Not Worth The Headache!!!

We just used them for a move from Philly to Northern California and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. When on the phone with them for the first time, we had brought up the negative reviews and how they would double the price from the quote. We said we did not want this happening and gave them the size of our boxes and exactly what we were moving. On the day of the move, before the movers were even finished they told us that it was going to be well over $2000 (which was double our quote). We asked the guys on the phone if we had to take anything apart and he said no and was asked about packing our TV and they said they would do it. Well they did take apart our furniture and wrap our TV but this all came at an additional charge. We ended up not even bringing everything we had been quoted for to try and save on costs. Once everything was on the truck we got a 'contract' that was written on an extra piece of packing paper and was told that we would be getting an official contact emailed to us. Well the official contract never came even though we called the company 5 different times and gave them 2 different email addresses. When our stuff arrived we had to pay the remaining balance and was never made aware of the fact that we couldn't use a check. They told us that it said this on the email they sent that we never got. This company was very nice on the phone before we signed the papers but as soon as the had our stuff in their possession they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not be fooled by their low offer to start because they will charge much more.

So happy I chose soft touch van lines. OMG. I liked them so much i used them for 2 moves. My parents decided to retire so they moved from NY to AZ and I moved from NJ to NC.Everything went soothingly from start to finish. Thank you so much Sophia and to the all the crew members that helped make this such a stress free experience.
