I can't say enough great things about Solomon & Sons Moving Company. From start to finish, their team was profession, efficient, communicative and incredibly careful with all my belongings. They arrived on time, worked quickly but meticulously, and made the entire moving process stress free. Special shout out to Tyler who showed up to my apartment 1 day after contacting Solomon and booked my move the following day. Also huge thanks to Mike for keeping me updated and informed throughout the process. Their friendly attitude and hard work made the entire experience smooth sailing. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy company that actually walks the talk I highly recommend Solomon-and be sure to ask for Tyler and Mike. They will take great care of you!
The move went perfectly because this company has got some immaculate professionals working for them. From the outreach/estimate agent Tyler, exceptional coordinator Jennifer, to their foreman David, the entire process was seamless.
Moving in a rental building comes with inherent logistical challenges (only use certain elevator, parking restrictions etc) but David was able to navigate that & direct his team accordingly. He really is a rockstar, he even had the courtesy to check in with me to ensure everything was going as I hoped at midpoint.
I'd absolutely recommend Solomon and Sons to anyone that is planning a move.
Getting calls few times a day from the sales person and then as soon as they got, my money responses were diminished. Despite going through all the details over the phone and accounted for 50 independent boxes on top of what we discussed. I ended up having to pay over $700 More at the time of pick up. Which intern cost me to pay over $200 more for storage per month. Also, the day I requested, despite giving ample time, they came a day later, which caused a bit of a panic since our house closing was the day after.
The crew was great , worked very hard to put things together and package them up correctly.
Melanie was the best part of the process communicated timely effectively about the delivery. Only had three or four items that were damaged. Some of the things that were put together were not tightened so I had to go back to check all the items. I think Solomom Brothers works there guys pretty hard considering they drove up from Pompano Beach worked a full day plus and then I had to drive back the same night. In the past, I’ve had my company move me 6 times so this is my first experience, having someone else and having to pay for it. It Solomon does provide a solid value and the after care process / follow up/ claim process was handled by Melanie which did a fantastic job communicating.
Don’t understand the cash payment at the end as phase 3 of the payment process , that did cost some anxiety.
