Solve Moving

My sister-in-law needed movers to load a small POD. No furniture involved, only boxes and two bikes. We worked with Olga to book the day and start time of move for 1pm in February. Agreed on two men, three hour minimum. We bought rope to tie down boxes in POD and were ready and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. No Show. We called SOLVE, they asked us could they come tomorrow?! No because POD was scheduled to be picked up next day! Then we were told they were not available until later, maybe 5pm. Two men came about 5:30, in a rush. It was getting dark, they loaded sloppy and no tie down. Barely got it done and they acted like we were inconveniencing them! Unload on other end of move was a pain as boxes shifted with no tie down. DO NOT USE these movers unless you like wondering if your movers will show up.
