Sonny's Transfer Moving & Storage

Agreed to move my Aunt and Uncles stuff from their old house into their new one. They showed up and refused to move anything because of dust and dog hair. Then they lied and said the truck was needed somewhere else. Never use them!

I so wanted to give 5 stars and then the toolbox. Shout out to Jeremy. Johnny, Marcus and Tim for an outstanding job. The boss knew he had my toolbox and after I hunted around for it for 4 days I decided to call. Yes, he told me he had it and meant to drop it off. He said he would drop it off the next day in the a.m. Why he didn't call me to let me know is minus a star. Next a.m. I called again at 10:45a.m. Minus another star for not making it a priority. Toolbox arrived after 12:30p.m. Mistakes happen but how you fix them matters.

Put us in a horrible situation by backing out of moving my friend the day before her closing. Lied several times about different things. Left us waiting for hours and didn’t call or return at all as promised. Made himself unreachable and acted like it was her fault! Company has no integrity and very poor customer relations! Do not depend on this company their word of mouth is no good because they do not follow through with what they say!

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT use these people! The owner told my mom they would pack me AND move me, WRONG! They came out had no boxes or tape then got upset with me because they had to go get boxes and tape to pack me. I already had some of my items packed! All they went and got were 25 grocery store boxes! Charged my mother $788 for what? I had to go back, finish packing and find someone to help me move the rest of my stuff. Sheisters is all this company is.
