Sorensen Moving & Storage

My experience with Sorensen Moving Company was amazing along with dealing with Raynell Watkins was professional and extremely easy to deal with. I’ll be recommending my friends and family for there Moving experience.

Jules and his crew of 2 assistants did an outstanding job, excellent communicator with attention to detail throughout the packing / loading process. Highly recommend!

Jules and his team were super nice and very efficient moving my belongings from one house to the other. They took great care in my most precious possession that my great grandpa built. I would 100/100 recommend Sorensen, the whole team took care to make sure I knew exactly what was going to happen every step of the way.

So we just moved from Rockledge Florida to Alabama. I hired Mayflower who subcontracted to Sorensen. First of all , when the woman who did my initial video walkthrough of the house to give me an estimate, we discussed in detail that I would be likely selling a lot of the large furniture pieces prior, and I was reassured that at the time of the move, my price of the move would be readjusted for the decrease in the amount of furniture. Of course when I spoke to the movers the day of the move, they said this isn't going to happen. I called a company day later, they didn't seem to know anything about it and said no additional price adjustment we're going to happen. Now that the move has been completed, and the unpacking is ongoing I can only say that the packing was absolutely horrendous. The movers separated every little thing and wrapped it individually. They separated cords from TVs even Roku receivers from the Roku sticks all in separate boxes all in separate wraps. They even wrapped a pencil. Box is completely mislabeled.Nothing can be found ,nothing is matched They broke down shelves that I've never had broken down before and this is my 4th move in 8 years. It's made unpacking an absolute nightmare where now I'm on my way out to buy new electronics simply for the fact that we need to get them operable, and we can't find the wires that go with them given the complete chaos of the packing job. They broke down shelves in my garage to the most minutia parts All of them next together, all of them in separate boxes in containers. Basically making everything useless. This has been the absolute worst moving experience that I would never use this company again.
