Will definitely be hiring Sorenson again. Kathleen was great during the quoting process, handling all my questions and responding quickly! Selana had the move set up seamlessly and kept me in the loop. Kenny, Walter, and Chris did a quick an efficient move for me! All around an excellent job!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company after they have failed to compensate us for the damage to our furniture worth thousands of dollars. They send two laborers for a four-person job. The overworked movers get tired and start to make careless mistakes. It's disappointing that this locally owned franchise of Mayflower treats people in their community with such disregard. Sorensen Moving & Storage is not a good neighbor. They charge white glove prices for subpar service.
