Kerry and his team are 1st class all the way. The attention to detail with taking care of your home and belongings starts immediately when they come in the front door.

Movers were great to be around, very careful, and professional but the rates are stupid high. It's $115/hr per person normally plus time and a half if you schedule your move on a weekend which they don't tell you up front. Those are electrician or engineering rates; not sure what management is on but I want some. Total cost to move a 1 bedroom apartment five blocks with everything boxed up was $1,100.

Please be aware of hidden costs. I just moved from one apartment in Faribault to another in Owatonna for almost 900 dollars because they charge for driving fees. What I didn’t realize was that they charge for both ways. I had moved most of my things myself but needed help with big furniture. It only took 30
minutes to move out and little more than an hour to move in. The movers were great themselves although some of my furniture did get scratched. They had to use the stairs because of broken elevator so I did tip well. However in such place that charges hourly, charging for both ways seem very overpriced. I paid doubled just because of driving time. Perhaps this is what all movers do and I should have been better prepared. I am still in the state of shock from the price tag and having difficulty recovering so I am leaving this comment for others to be aware.
