Had some difficulties during our move that frustrated us and caused some concern; after our move Sorenson moving reached out to us directly to let us know they were aware of our concerns and our situation and did a great job assisting us through our difficulties after the move. Though the move was not perfect the service and customer care we received when we submitted our feedback makes us confident we would recommend them to our friends and family in the future

Sorenson moving was a great experience! I called and explained what my needs were, I was given a quote, and then received contract via email. I had moved several times before with different moving companies and really only ever got the estimate over the phone. The team showed up as scheduled and jumped right into action. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently, and with great care. And when I was said and done, the cost was actually what was quoted! I have never experienced that with other members. Definitely recommend! Very professional.
