Without her help counseling us on approach, and her hard work sorting, packing, arranging for movers, consignors, donation, and final clean out, it might have taken us a year to do what she and her partners and affiliates did in under a week.

Nancy always timely communicated to us the status of the project and next steps. When a couple of unanticipated snafus arose, she handled them calmly and professionally, always focusing on completing the task and sometimes talking us off the 'emotional' cliff that comes with the stress of dealing with end-of-life issues. Nancy with Sort it Out was wonderful. She helped us downsize by finding a nonprofit which would pick things up for which we get a tax deduction. She and her assistant packed our remaining things beautifully- no breakage. The only problem was one I created. I played go between with Nancy and the movers. I didn’t understand things well enough. I should have had Nancy deal directly with the mover on what and how each would pack. I thought I had confirmed that the movers would bring packing for art work and collectables. I wasn’t clear enough.

I was stuck in time until I was introduced to Nancy and her company, Sort It Out Boston. I used to go to the storage facility and shake when I opened the door. I didn't know where to start. Nancy guided me through the process and made it easy. She had two 8x10 storage units cleaned out in 3 days. I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend Nancy and her company.
