Nancy provided organizing services for a family member in May and June 2022. We were impressed with her professionalism, compassion, and work ethic. She didn't insist on bringing in more organization tools, so we never felt like we were being sold anything unnecessary and we were able to make it work with what we had on hand. She understands that this can be a very personal and emotional process and did not impose any agenda on us, allowing our family member to have a lot of say in the process. This also meant that she didn't force a certain style that wouldn't have worked for us. The #1 goal was making this workable and easier for our family member to enjoy - and she more than achieved this!

I have never written a review of any kind before. But I have to make an exception for Sort It Out Boston. During a very rough period of my life, Nancy handled ALL elements of a pack-up, an auction, 2 moves, a clean out and a house cleaning with professionalism, efficiency, effectiveness and empathy (not pity).

She understood my needs and exceeded them including identifying and negotiating with all of the other professionals involved. Nancy made sure that all vendor commitments were met in a timely fashion and at a fair price.

There are no words to express my appreciation for the comprehensiveness and quality of Nancy's work. If you are in a position to refer an Organizer to a friend, family or client and you do not recommend Sort It Out Boston and Nancy Patsios, you are doing them a disservice.

Nancy was so patient and kind while helping me sort through the mess that was my bedroom. She assisted with reorganizing the closet, my desk and vanity, as well as my son’s room.
