I received Sort it Out’s contact information from a packing company in So Cal as we were moving my mother from California to the Boston area. From the moment I spoke to Pat Bernabei I felt at ease with the enormous tasks at hand. My elderly mother, who was not able to get settled into her new home until her furniture, dishes and clothes arrived, had been anxiously awaiting to start her new life in Massachusetts. Pat immediately had everything under control, including staying on top of the moving company as the truck made its way across the country.

We needed to get my mother unpacked as quickly as possible. On move-in day, Pat was our designated point person and organized the unpacking like the pro she clearly is. Miraculously, all was unpacked and put away in a single day! And Pat even cleared away the boxes so there was no clutter in the new apartment. Pat also took the initiative of sending to the moving company a picture of a dresser they had damaged during the move. She is simply on top of it all!

Last year Pat got us going on our big move (same 3400 sq ft house for 47 yrs) by organizing our overstuffed attic. Last month we finally got house under agreement, but realized as our move date approached that we were not capable of going on our own, so I called Pat to coordinate everything. With only two weeks lead time she pulled everything together--lined up mover; developed move plans for both new residence and also storage space; oversaw unpacking. As importantly, Pat out works everyone. All in all a real tour de force! Couldn't recommend her more highly.

Having Pat Bernabei of Sort It Out come and jump start a major cleanout of our attic was terrific and some of the best money I ever spent! My husband and I are heading into retirement and needed to start downsizing but found tackling the attic of our family home overwhelming. Pat was kind enough to come over bright and early on a Sunday morning, to accommodate our schedule, and she got us going and kept us focused and motivated for four hours. But it wasnt a chore at all - it felt like an energetic, non-judgemental good friend was by our side, cheering us on! Later that same afternoon the hubs and I took 26 large bags of primarily clothing to the thrift shop. Overall awesome experience and we plan on having Pat back again to keep us focused!
