Sound Storage

If I could do 10 stars I would! I am going through a very rough time right now and he was so caring and listened to me just tell my life story. He made me feel like I could, his energy and his true caring for another human and what they are going through is real. He did not make me feel awkward after realizing I am just going on and on, he replied with a very comforting message and kind eyes. I really appreciate him for just letting me let it out. The number one thing for me is that he was not faking and he did not make me feel rushed at all. So, thank you Arron, even though I came in for a few boxes you bring humanity back in humans, truly a beautiful soul, and a blessing.

The current management staff at Sound Storage in Port Orchard Washington is AWESOME...I have been a client of Sound Storage since the orginal owners in 2005 in one capacity or other! The current management company has stepped up security with a new property gate and more efficient security cameras...they are very diligent about checking the buildings for any types of possible problems to each of the units so I never worry that my storage items are protected. There are many storage options in Bremerton where I live ...I choose to stay at Sound because of the cleaniness/security and willing staff! KUDOS to all especially ARRON&LIZ andTia/Aurron and Rick for stepping up to help with staffing so there is always someone in the office!! CRB January 1st 2025.

Great experience so far. Charming lady at the front desk was funny & polite, The unit was clean, and even that night after getting the place and forgetting the paperwork with the gate code at home the security officer called the manager they sent me a emergency code on my phone and I was good to go. I highly recommend storing your extra crap here :-)
