South Hills Movers

Backstory- called these guys right before Labor Day to move some things in my external garage and my attached garage. Lucky Justin took the call and heard the call to action. The goal was to move, larger items, breakdown, shelves, and relocate a lot of totes to be able to build a in home office on the second floor of my garage. We had a lot of personal storage bins mixed with large office desks and filing cabinets. My husband and I just couldn’t do it, I’m only 5’5” 115 pounds/ the desks weighed more than twice of me and unfortunately I haven’t won any dead lift challenges that also involved multiple staircases. Justin cared to know the project like it was him showing up to move the stuff himself. I could tell his goal was to provide a seamless process, and to outfit us with the proper trucks, men, and equipment. Well he did just that.
I provided photos to get Justin to the best place possible with what needed done and during that process I was able to talk myself out of some things that didn’t need done. Always good to talk out a project before it gets done- gives you time to fill in the blanks. I was presented a clearly written document with the project details and price point. I was also thrilled to know he was able to get to me within a few days because I was literally drowning in office furniture. My garages were a maze and no way to live.
Fast forward to moving day. John and Ed arrive early, eager to understand the move, and get right to work. They flawlessly tore down multiple shelving units, office furniture, and other items, moved them up the stairs without issue and rebuilt them in my desired locations. It’s no easy taking instructions from a stranger but these two did it with ease and without hesitation. I could only imagine I sounded like a nagging housewife but they sure didn’t treat me in that manner.

All in all I have recommended and will continue to recommend south Hills Movers to anyone I know. I have already cheer praise to all my business associates, other business owners at the chamber of commerce, and my own family, neighbors and friends.
