Review:
Tom will give you lip service and take your money but when it comes time to returning your many calls and your deposit, he is on vacation out of the office. Office help is useless as they lie about returning your calls and refuse to call Tom (the 'BOSS') even though they have his number. This place is a JOKE. Find alternative storage.

Absolutely rude. Poor customer service. Very disappointed. I've found a different mini storage with decent prices. Don't waste your time and money here.
