Definitely affordable and through the winter and wet seasons the storage room is used was always dry. No complaints here.

They raise my rent every 2 or 3 months...and it's not gated....but it is tahoe and everything is more expensive in tahoe...started at 180$ now almost 300$

Over two years of renting the unit and paying on time, they increased the rent 2 times a year due to 'expenses everywhere steadily rising'. Not sure how this impacts a facility with no utilities. In winter they did not shovel the stairs to the upper units when they plowed the main driveway which is a huge safety concern. I did it myself several times. I have left messages to speak to a representative and did not receive any response from a them. Wish my experience was better and I could leave a better review.
