Wow what an amazing service. My crew - Jennifer, Stuart and Joseph were above and beyond. They were kind and so eager to help. They even spent extra time to break down a crib TWICE. The actual dashboard and entire process for managing our reservation was a piece of cake. Flawless service and one fantastic moving crew.

Hi I would like to share a horrifying experience with South east van lines. We booked our move 30 days in Advance. Jennifer claiming to be there best rep tried to allure my wife by giving the best price & competing service. We booked them for both Car move & House move, but we did mention our situation in details that this is an unplanned move we would reduce the inventory for sure as we need time to settle in a different state so paying storage won't make any sense and she herself quoted 'Oh, everyone does that all the time, don't worry I got you'. So 7 days prior to move , we called her confirmed the inventory so what we saw was our price per cu increased drastically, packaging price was increased and also any discounts which she gave us were taken off. I understand that they were getting almost 60% of the business we had promised so a little bit of cost increase was expected and we did expect that. But Jennifer decided to teach us math by saying you are paying less than before which is obvious I am shipping less but I should have been charged at similar rate not the double. Long story short, she disrespected us, passed comments and made sure she could screw up our move 7 day before our house closing. Her boss have audacity to say ' I can do the move for 6500' because our earlier move was booked for $7000. Imagine half the load was there, so beware of them. Make sure you get everything written on contract , we anyways found a better company and more professional but please BEWARE.

I found this moving company on Google, and was happy with the information I received after speaking with Jennifer. She was very pleasant to speak with, and helped book our move. When the guys arrived on moving day, they were all so nice and very professional. We moved into a new home that had just been painted, and I’ll admit I was worried about the walls. But, there were no scrapes, no scratches anywhere on my wall. They truly did move our furniture with great care. Even the heavy ones! I would 100% use this company again, and refer them to a Friend. We truly did have a great experience.

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. Long distance moving is a very sketchy industry to begin with, but these people are exactly why they have this type of reputation.

Called about a move from Pennsylvania to Indiana. They came back with a reasonable price. Moving day comes, and they show up in a sleazy looking truck. They were very misleading on every thing from boxes to cubic feet. The price ended up being almost $700 more than expected.

They initially said they would show up in 1-3 days. They end up showing up 10 days later. Multiple pieces of furniture are damaged, and they ended charging me an extra $200 on top of my price for the “drivers.” Do yourself a favor, don’t get involved with these people.

These guys are a very solid moving operation. They took good care of my stuff and didn't break a thing. They are priced fairly and you won't have to worry about the move. Piece of mind is everything when you are moving!
