They didn't pack things very well. I even asked them if they could pack things differently because it didn't look like it would be secure, but they just kept saying, 'We know what we are doing.' For example, they packed my 65' TV in the same box as my 55' TV, separated by my couch pillows, some stuffed animals, and a rug. I asked them to put them in separate boxes, but they didn't bring another TV box (even though I told them how many TVs I had before they came). When I unpacked my items at my new home, a lot of things were broken. They were nice I guess, but came unprepared. They asked to step on my furniture because they didn't bring a ladder. They also had to use my tools to take down picture frames. I asked them before if I needed to take all things down from the walls, and they said no, they would do it, but they came without tools/ladder. They were nice guys, which is why I feel bad writing this review, but they were unprofessional and didn't do a good job.

The women in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. The guys in the warehouse were experienced and friendly as well. Ive been through a few moves and i absolutely recommend these guys.
