Very professional

They did a great job unloading my mothers 27 foot storage container she had shipped. It had a lot of very heavy and cumbersome items and statuary in it and they managed it all well. Very courteous and very professional and polite and worked quickly.

We were very happy with the service provided by Will and Tristen and Southern Cross to unload our POD and unpack and set up several pices of furniture. They were on time, very efficient and friendly. I highly reccommend Southern Cross for your moving needs.

Greg and his team moved me from Cape Coral, Fl to Cleveland Georgia and I had damage to my furniture and 60' TV and a very large framed picture. Greg said he would reimbursement me for damages and repair of the furniture. I gave him a discount total of $350.00 and he said he would send me a check. This is beside the damage they did to my wall and doorframe in Cape Coral that I did not charge him for. That was June 2024, I have sent text messages, phone calls and emails and when he has answered the phone and has responded he says its been slow but he will send the check to me. It is now Feb 2025 and I have still not received a check. Be careful and think twice before you hire them.
