Southern Tier Moving & Storage

We hired Southern Tier Moving and storage to move our furniture in Sept. 2018. The move was approximately 180 miles. They arrived on time and the move was OK. Problem occurred when one of the movers broke a mirror. It cost $350.00 to repair the mirror. After contacting the owner and sending him photos I was promised that his insurance company would be contacting me and 'taking care of it'. I have NEVER been contacted by the insurance company. I have called the owner and sent multiple letters to the owner requesting resolution of this matter. It has been 5 months since this move and the owner has yet to resolve this matter which he admits was the fault of his employee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this moving company!
