Wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst experience that I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and call anyone but Southside Moving and Storage. They damaged also every piece of furniture that they moved and they overcharged me. This is all due to one of the workers that did nothing but sit down the entire time and made my time go over estimate. When I reached out to them to let them know of my poor experience, the only response I got back was an email that said 'fill out this form'. The form contained some nonsense about only covering $0.60/lbs of my damaged property. I replied to the email demanded a phone call, which I got a few days later, from a gentleman that informed me that they had to let go the employee I was referring too due to other complaints/issues, and then assured me they would be taking care of the damages. Weeks went by, I followed up with an email, and again, the only response was a fabricated list that not only was fabricated weights, but did not have nearly half of the items I listed as damaged. They offered me just shy of $150 to cover the damage to THOUSANDS of dollars worth of my damaged property and on top of being overcharged for their services to begin with. I repeat, CALL ANYONE ELSE, ANYONE, EXCEPT THIS COMPANY!!!

These guys were great! As I have been on and assisted with at least 20 to 25 different moves in my life, I staged a ton of stuff in the garage for my girlfriend's mother's move. Yet, there was so much more I needed assistance with. These guys were absolutely amazing!

Listening to and understanding the steps of the move were absolutely key. They wrapped essential items and took great care with packing everything safely for transport about 4.5 to 5 hours away. They were incredibly fast and efficient.

The next morning, they were a few minutes early than the agreed time and they unloaded quickly, safely, and with great professionalism. They even recognized being at my house about 2 years earlier to assist with my parents relocation and dropped off certain items first before going about a mile away to unload the rest of their move. I went on my parents' recommendation for this company and it paid off.

I would definitely recommend these guys for a long distance haul anytime. They are professional and personable. We tried to tip accordingly, yet they were probably worth so much more. Thank you, guys. We will reach out again in the future if we need another move! #beastmode #thisistheway

Antoine and Derrick Are the most proficient in their work.
They both were here on time and moved everything with professionalism like my things mattered and they are on point with all that they had done these 2 men went above and beyond and gave outstanding service.

I had them do an interstate move and I was thankful! I had my children the entire time and I didn’t have to worry about picking anything up, or the stress of moving with little children! I didn’t have to do anything. I just gave them the things I wanted to be moved where to be moved to and the two young men did it effortlessly. My items were wrapped, beds disassembled and reassembled. The price quote was dead on! The lady that quoted me was professional and honest. This was the best moving experience I had. It was worth it and actually I feel like it was cheap, but the quality of services was great. Our movers were Derrick and Jo’Willie; they were promptly, professional & made my move a breeze.

Southside team were excellent. I have never given a 10 in 1 of as a rating; until now. They were careful, respectful, efficient & professional.
