The customer service we received was prompt! Timely! An outstanding! Our storage unit included 1st month rent free as a bonus! I really do appreciate the great customer service we received! Clean dry storage unit that accommodates our needs. She even had free water bottles an bowls of variety candies for us to choose from as a complimentary snack while we registered for a unit. Before heading out, she gave us a gift bag with more goodies to take home with us. I truly do thank GOD for this place! I have not one complaint. Just...Simply...Grateful. I would recommend Southside Storage, in Maumee, Ohio to everyone looking for a good clean storage unit that's reasonably priced along with outstanding customer service! She deserves a raise!
