Horrible. Would not recommend. If get better results, I will change my review. I have contacted them and the BBB on this important matter. The movers damaged several items. They lost several items as well. I put in a complaint, and I was offered $123 on a +$700 complaint. They lost a good costly ladder, of +$300 to replace it, and I was only offered $15 for this. I'm a Sr. Citizen who makes little. Many items were tossed into a big box, and most were broken/unusable. I tossed that huge box away. I can't keep junk in my yard. The little they offered me doesn't even pay me to hit the dump w/this stuff. I need to pay more than $123 to dump all of the damaged stuff. When I saw my TV in a tv box marked 'Fragile, this side up,' and they tossed it in the truck like a garbage man would toss trash into a garbage truck. Unreal! They said they'd put down rugs to prevent damage to my floors. That never happened either and thankfully my floors didn't get damaged. I'd never recommend this company! Beware! They don't care about your belongings....Go elsewhere! There's better places than this! I know it as I used other companies in the past. This was the absolute worst company!

The movers were very efficient and professional. They accomplished the entire job well under the estimated time (I was given an estimate of 5 hours of work and it was finished in just under 3 hours). As far as the process of moving my belongings, they get a solid 4-5 stars.
That being said, shortly after the job was finished my credit card was charged for the estimate despite taking less time and being told I would be charged for less by Michael directly. I notified Michael of the mistake and was told a refund would be issued. Fast-forward to 3 days later and I had still heard nothing regarding the refund. I contacted Michael again and was told he would 'look into it and get me an ETA'. Another 4 days had passed and I heard nothing, so I contacted the office where I was told the refund had not been issued because accounting was only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays (despite over 1 week having passed since the overcharge was made AND I was calling on a Tuesday mid-day) and that they were working on the refund. They told me they would reach out by the end of the day. That did not happen, so I reached out again the next day to the office and Michael, both who were not able to explain why the refund was not processed and they were still sitting on my money. I finally did receive my refund after a very inflammatory phone call and threatening legal action to re-acquire my money, but the fact that this took over 1.5 weeks to process and I needed to remind them that it needed to be done, all while moving into a new house, starting a new job, and balancing the stress of those things, is completely unacceptable. The horrid customer service experience is the reason for the low rating.

I am sure like most negative posts the owner will reply that the person is a liar. Don’t do it. Delay the move until you can find another company. It isn’t that they are bad. This company doesn’t honor their end of the contract, they try to extort more money by threatening to leave your items on the side of the road or left behind. If the owner Michael says something, it isn’t true. The quote, the size of the truck, they will have packing supplies and all the tools they need. This will take no more than 7 hours. The trip is include. We pack everything carefully to ensure no damage. If we damage something we will take care of it. He sent labor but no leadership, they spent most of their time in the truck. After six calls to his office he showed up 9 hours later. Promised to get it all then tried to extort $1600 more than the original quote. His office manager was non responsive after the move started and they falsified documents. Don’t do it. The few positive reviews are either non true or likely won’t happen to you.
