Spa Moving

I don't see how this company stays in business. Vince, the owner, committed to do a small job of moving one item from my garage to my second floor bedroom. He said he would fit me in on a Wednesday afternoon. He couldn't give me a time but said it would be early afternoon. I called him later in the day two or three times and he never picked up or returned my call after I left a message. He finally responded to a text and said that the job he was working on was bigger than he expected. He said he'd call me the next day between 9 and 9:30 to arrange another day. He never called. I then happened to get a hold off him on Saturday and he said Monday he would easily fit me in that afternoon maybe around noon because he had a small job locally. He also said he would call me around 9 to give me an exact time. Not only did he not call me, he also never showed up. Nor did he answer four or five phone calls and a few texts. I even called his answering service a few times to try and get a hold of him and I asked them if this was prevalent and they said yes it was. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS !!!!

These guys have moved me several times. They are fast, strong and efficient. They have always been on time and accommodating. Even when I asked them, last minute, to stop at a storage garage to drop off and pick up some items en route to and from each location they were very willing. This is a family run, local business and the most reasonably priced in the area. I notice that the bad reviewers wouldn't leave a real name. Likely came from competitors.

So we recently selected Spa Moving to help us with an in-house move. We agreed on a price and the date/time was confirmed multiple times. On the day of the move, Spa Moving never showed!!!!! I called several times, left multiple voicemails and texts and they never called back once. There was no explanation. We were completely stood up.

I warn you, Spa Moving is extremely unreliable and, from our experience, will not show up and completely blow you off.

Very bad experience. I scheduled a local move; they never showed up. Many calls to the company while we were waiting were never returned. This company is not responsible and may or may not show up for the move you scheduled. I do not recommend using this company. We wasted a day, took off time from work, had people waiting around for the move that never happened. They didn't even bother to call and explain after the fact, they just don't care.

Made my move so easy. They are fast, professional, saved me money. This left room for a tip for the crew. Nothing but good things to say about spa moving.....
