Terrible experience. Showed up late, making me miss my move in time at my new apartment - making them have to come on another day - which they made me pay for another days move despite it being their fault. They told me they would put my furniture in storage between the days and did not do that - left them in the truck in SoFlo summer for several days (my roomate used them the next day and saw all my stuff still in truck) and all of my items arrived soaked through and moldy. My bedside dressers were so water soaked I could break them down with my hands, I had to hire a professional cleaner for my couch and chairs, which they did not reimburse for, and scraped/dented almost everything else. They also 'lost' a suitcase of mine that had all my dry cleaning and therefore expensive clothes and items in it. Despite all this and photo evidence, the company did nothing, and made me pay for the TWO moves even though they arrived late and it was supposed to be one day move. Highly recommend against using this company.
