The facility is large, clean and well lit. It was in the single digits outside but definitely climate controlled. I worked with Melissa on my out of state move in, and she has been super helpful and great thru the whole process. Amazing value. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome. Andrew explained everything that made things easy to understand. He has very good customer service skills.

If you try to call for any reasons, good luck I have a unit here and the cost has doubled without notification. You can never get anyone on the phone. I will be in contact with their corporate office and the BBB.

The facility is very big, and secure with cameras at every angle. The staff are very knowledgeable and personable and go above and beyond to get you exactly what you need and what your looking for. As for the price, they are a bit high, but doesn't everybody want something a bit cheaper?
