Beginning of August was double charged on credit card. I didn't catch it until end of month. Assistant manger Anthony found the mistake and said I wouldn't owe anything in September. Then my card was charged $20 for the new rate change (coincidence). On the same note he told me I woudnt owe for September because I was double charged. In the end, didn’t give me any consideration for their 2 mistakes 1) double charged 2) misled me on my next bill. (Was never late on any payment year I was there.)
