Customer service is pretty bad they need an office. They tried getting rid of the premotion thats usualy given for the first few months and refused to put me on someone that would help, wouldnt even give me a support number to try. The insurance requirement is such a scam, first time ive needed it. i asked them to put mine in, they said they did, they did not. They gave me a unit OUTSIDE the gate. First why would you have that, second didnt want to tell me that before i spent an hour looking for it?? Spent 2 months arguing with them to send me my lease agreement. 99 of my problens is there is no office that I can talk to someone face to face who knows how to do their job. Strikingly enough the hero in this story was sparefoot the third party that directed me where I needed to go and gave the information I needed. Its a storage unit. I pay; you secure. THAT SIMPLE
