Was ok until I went to make my payment. Was late due to medical reasons. At the kiosk and bill was over $100 more than the Kate noticed I had a couple days earlier. Called to question and said the day after the email was sent, another Kate fee was added. Explained that is the definition of extortion, and the lady on the phone laughed and agreed. I asked to speak to a manager. Again, she laughed and said none was available, and they would call me back at a later date. I told her I could file an injunction in court and really cause a problem, and her entitled attitude told me she doesn't have a clue about reality. Avoid the headache and stay away from this company. I thought I had a profile online, but clearly, I don't.
