I received an email stating I did not have insurance coverage for a spot I rented from SpareBox Storage. I spoke with Andrew and he verified I do indeed have insurance and the email was sent in error. He was very apologetic and helpful.

Reserved a garage a few days ago, online. Yesterday I finalized the reservation and moved in. The transaction was flawless with exception of finding the J building it had no marking, I took a guess it was empty. Then before leaving checked inside where the Kiosk is located and they had a map of where J building is, my guess was correct. The only improvement suggestion might be, to clean the units better, I had to sweep out the unit of dead bugs and spider webs, also maybe should post no idling for semi's I had a semi in front of my unit idling for at least 30 minutes when I left do to the noise & fumes from the JB Hunt tractor trailer. Semi's should not be idling for that long. I am also a over the truck driver but sadly lot of supposedly professional drivers don't act like Professionals .

Well i had a priblem at the kiosk saying they had no units available after i made a reservation online, and had to call the number from the kiosk thankfully someone answered and helped, we got the codes then got stuck in the gate fir a lil while,could not find our unit and when we did the plastic lock in it was hard as heck to get off! Now im hoping to have no more problems! It waa frustrating i had to help my daughter thru all if it w her 5 month old baby bring upset thru it all,woulda been easier if a person was there in person to help,but we got it done,price is ok but being forced to pay 12 dollars a month for insurance makes it cost more so then it takes the cheap away a bit..not climate controlled, had lotsa spiders in unit,but my daughter needed the unit today,so that worked out atleast,UPDATE, MY DAUGHTERS LOCK WAS CUT OFF AND HER STUFF STOLEN IN THE 1ST MONTH OF STORING HER THINGS HERE!! MADE POLICE REPORT AND INSURANCE CLAIM, NO ONE WANTS TO HELP BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE RECEIPTS ANYMORE FOR THE STUFF WE STORED!! WAT A JOKE! I SUGGEST TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING YOU STORE HERE, IF YOUR DUMB ENOUGH TO USE THIS PLACE, I ALSO PAID A MONTH AHEAD AND WE TOLD THEM WE WONT BE USING THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT HELP WITH STOLEN ITEMS AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! I FOUGHT IT THRU NAVY FEDERAL, MY BANK, AND GOT MY MONEY BACK!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE,NO ON ON SITE TO HELP OR WATCH WHO STEALS AND CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER, NO HELP W INSURANCE CLAIM EITHER! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE, ITS PITCH BLACK AT NIGHT TOO, NO WONDER THIEVES TARGET THIS PLACE, ITS A JOKE! BEWARE!!
