Upon first impression, I was not confident that I would receive good customer service because it seemed that no one was there but once I met Kenneth who works there he made it very clear that I could reach out at any time with issues and he would be glad to help. One issue I brought to his attention is that the door that I go into to enter the climate controlled unit often has many spiders above the door and on the push button passcode box. When I open the door they and their webs fall straight down so it's hard to go in without them landing on me. Kenneth delivered prompt service by clearing all the webs and spiders. I did explain the reason they continue to come back is because the light above the door attracts mosquitos and other insects that are a food source for spiders. The simple solution would be to relocate the light to the side of the building but that is on corporate to make that change.

I'm thankful that Kenneth is very friendly, professional, and considerate as they have to be removed nearly every day.

I had what ended up being a few issues with the door and lock on my unit. Within minutes of calling the customer service, the amazing gentleman who operates this location contacted me, and set a plan into motion to get it all fixed within days. He was amazingly communicative, keeping me up to date on the progress. He made it all so seamless and easy. It can be frustrating dealing with an unmanned facility and a generalized customer service, but this guy went above and beyond to make sure this customer was happy. Such a great experience, I’m so glad we switched to this facility! Thanks so much!
