Couldn't understand her and she didn't try to help or anything she did thr bare minimum of work not happy her at all
I am writing this review for several reasons. 1) I am in need of a receipt for my recent rental agreement. I had a scheduled move out for the 18th of July, but just today received an email saying my move out was verified. However, I do not have a receipt, which I need for my military transportation office to reimburse me, showing how much was paid in total, and dates showing how long the rental was from.
When I called, I spoke with 'Mckayla' I believe, and I was met with the answer of 'we don't provide reciepts'. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me there was not one on shift. When I asked what their name was, she told me she could not give me that information.
1) Why can I not receive a receipt upon request?
2) Why am I not able to reach a supervisor when requested?
3) Why can I not receive contact information for a manager/supervisor when requested?
Extremely confused and quite frustrated honestly. Would not recommend this place for those reasons alone.
