Our moving day was a disaster! The guys arrived without a truck. We were under the impression when we scheduled our move day that they supplied the truck. Their price was equal to other movers we considered that did supply a 26’ truck. Equally that can fall on us but regardless we had to find a truck. The closest was an hours drive away. The guys were on the clock for the first 3 hours without doing anything. We purchased a new construction home and they shredded one of the interior door frames leaving the white paint on my office desk. They offered to take an hour off their pay but it’s still very frustrating how they handled our furniture. We’ve moved several times in the last 5 years due to job relocation. There are a lot of great movers out there but Sparrows is not one of them!
