Stay away. I only needed to move about 10-12 pieces of furniture and received a quote for $775 to move only 10-15 minutes away. I received other quotes from other moving companies and they were also flat rate and significantly lower and much better customer service. (DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ALL MY SONS MOVING IN BROWARD). When you call you can tell someone is answering from their cell phone. I thought that using a smaller company will give you better service and I typically like to work with small businesses. WRONG!! The truck shows up and we needed 3 extra pieces to move( 2 pieces in garage-treadmill and refrigerator) and a mirror that stands on first floor). The guys states that it will be an extra $125 for the 3 pieces that he literally has to move a few feet into the truck. I explained to him that his prices were already way higher than everyone else, he gave me a flat rate price and on top of that he wants to argue with me and give me attitude. I ended up making the movers leave and did not use their services since he wants to nickle and dime a customer.

I needed a built in grill packaged and tied to a pallet and was having a difficult time finding someone that would do it. I stumbled across Specialty Moving Services after doing an online search for packing and shipping supplies and they were extremely helpful from that first phone call. They arrived at my house the very next morning and Jay was amazing! He was fast and furious, knowing that I was on a tight time frame and I was so impressed with his knowledge and watching him pack this grill.
