The movers were super friendly, punctual, and fast. They expertly wrapped my furniture and handled all of my items with care. I will definitely use them for my next move!

Got 3 guys. They were fast and professional. Nothing was broken. They were very careful with our furnitures. They really know their jobs. Was happy with my move.

Use Dolly instead for small moves. The price and hidden fees are not worth it.

My appointment went well. I only had a few items but they were at 3 different locations. I was quoted 420 for a 3 hour period. They got to the first location a little late and spent about an hour there picking up 1 desk (I felt like they took too long but there was a confusion with pick up).

We had to rush to the final destination but we got there in time. We got back to my place and they finished unloading the last piece of furniture exactly at the 3 hour mark. I thought that meant I'd be paying 420 like I was quoted. False. I was charged for an extra hour because I had 'too many stops'. Well I mentioned the stops when I got the quote and I wasn't told about extra fees for distance. I told them the addresses days in advance so they had the opportunity to calculate the distance and travel time to tell me how much it would cost.

They charged me 540 I think. I was only able to give 500 because I didn't account for the extra fee in my budget. I chose this service specifically for the quote because I had so few items. If I wanted to pay 500 I would've went to another service.

The work was good though and the guys were really on their job. Watch out for hidden fees.

The owner is now lying that I changed locations and changed times and called last minute. These are all lies. I made sure I wasn't at work that day specifically for the move.

I gave them all the information up front when I talked to the receptionist. How could I possibly change the locations of where I bought the furniture that had already been purchased? Maybe the receptionist told them the wrong information but I communicated exactly what I wanted. 3 hours of work for $405.

They didn't call me until 15 minutes into the scheduled time saying they were almost at the store. I don't know what time they got to the store but they didn't come to come pick me up until 1 hour into the move.

Every moving company I've used has been able to accommodate my lack of transportation by allowing me to ride with them. I didn't even know that was an issue.

Like I said. We finished the job exactly when I scheduled for it to be done but was still charged an additional $100+ on the spot even though I called and scheduled the appointment days in advance and communicated the entire situation.

I even asked the receptionist on the phone if it's okay for me to ride with them to make sure ahead of time. None of my requests were last minute at all. Don't let the grifter lie to you. The only thing last minute was the travel charges. Beware of hidden fees.

Instead of commenting on my review how about you be more transparent with your customers?

I'm updating my review to make it more clear. To this day I'm confused how you thought it was okay to add $100 onto the quoted price last minute without ever communicating that there could be additional charges. To say no customers complain is a lie. Clearly I am a customer who complained. Fix your communication system. I never would've booked you guys if you were up front about the price. Even the quoted price was a bit much for me but I want to support small businesses.
